A: Generally it is 30 days during the off season, but 45-60 days in busy season after sample/order is confirmed and deposit received.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Normally 10pcs for one model, but it is negotiable.

Q: Can it print with customized logo?

A: Yes, most of our products are OEM, you can offer your designs for the product's printing.

Q: What are inflatable paddle boards made from?

A: SUPS are made from a PVC that uses something called “Drop Stitch” construction when it is inflated, it gets very rigid, similar to a traditional epoxy paddle board.

Q: Is there any warranty?

A: First, we must arrange inspection before shipping. 

a.Inflate the goods during 24h to prevent from air leakage

b.Double check gluing to avoid any twisting or not aligned items

c.Ensure that each package will be 100% fulfilled with its accessories sets.

Warranty period 1 year, within one year, any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
